The process of selecting candidates for Army clerk is completed into three steps
This is the first phase of the whole process. Physical round is an important step for the candidate. This round needs lots of hard work and practice to be done. Following activities are done under the physical test of army clerk.
1. Running
First of all candidate has to run 1600 meters. Aspirant has to take four rounds around the ground of 400 meters, in the time of 5 minutes 45 seconds. According to the time in which you complete this race, you are given numbers.

3. Jump
Then it will be a jump test. In which the candidate has to jump a pit of 9 feet. There is no marks allotment for this round but it is mandatory to pass this test.
4. Balancing Vim
Balancing Vim is the last physical test, in which candidates have to walk on a thin band. This path to keep balance is zig-zag, so you have to maintain your balance on it.
Medical test is done after the physical test, if a candidate passes the physical test, then he can be called for the medical test at any time.
Under the medical test, the medical condition of the candidate is checked, and all his body parts are tested.
