Indian Army joining criteria is not that complex but there are specific qualification criteria decided for various entry methods. So, let us go through them:
Age: 16.5 to 19.5 years of age.
Qualification: 10+2
Age: 19 to 24 years of age.
Qualification: Graduate
Age: 16.5 to 19.5 years of age
Qualification: 10+2 (Although minimum 70% of marks in PCM)
Age: 21 to 27 years of age
Qualification: Law Graduate LLB with 55% marks Registered with Bar Council of India/State.
Age: 19 to 25 years of age
Qualification: Graduate 50% aggregate, with ‘A’ or ‘B’ Grade in NCC ‘C’ Certificate
Age: 21 to 27 years of age
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech stream of Engineering or B. Arch, M. Sc Computer
Age: 18 to 24 years of age
Qualification: Pre-Final Student of Engineering Degree Course
Non-Tech
Age: 19 to 25 years of age
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech stream of Engineering or B. Arch, M. Sc Computer
Tech
Age: 19 to 27 years of age

The age limit is fixed from 19-24.
One needs a graduate degree from a UGC-recognized institution.
There is a written exam held twice a year in February-march slot and September –October slot.
This is mostly for BE/Btech holders from any recognized universities.
The age limit is 20-27 for the former and 19-25 for females.
PC conducts recruitments in April and October; SSC in June-July.
There are no written exams that are mandatory.
You need a law degree with 50% and a 2-year service in NCC senior division army with a minimum of B or C grade.
The candidate must be of age limit of 19-25.
The notification usually comes around October and April, twice.
BTech degree holders in their final or pre-final years shall apply for this.
The entry is limited to only male candidates and there are two interviews held at designated centers.
The notification comes around May of every year.
This is for law graduates with a minimum of 55% registered with the bar council of India or respective state.
